Adriana is a dancer and choreographer, who grew up dancing in the Charlotte, NC area. Her training and teaching has been in multiple genres, including Pom, Acro, Modern technique, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Jazz and Contemporary. Throughout her time dancing, she's received titles such as Star Talent Miss Senior Extreme and scholarships through companies such as Force Dance Tour. She has trained and worked side by side with choreographers like Chase Hudson, Aaron Atkins, Joe Nickel, and many more. She has also trained at the CLI Conservatory. She has choreographed and performed in numbers for many public performances, such as the 2022 Disney Showcase. She has led her competition team through many victories and overall placements with her unique choreography. She continues to teach master classes across the region and pursue her passion in creating and inspiring. Her goal is to help dancers explore their movement quality and find their expressionism and passion through dance.

Sarah Salmon was raised in the small town of Eau Claire, WI where she started dancing at Diamond School of Dance at the age of 9 till she graduated high school. After graduation, Sarah followed her passion of dance by attending the dance program at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point majoring and receiving a BA in Dance and Movement Analysis in 2017. While attending the university, Sarah trained under modern professor Michael Estanich, ballet professor Joan Karlen and tap/jazz professor Jeannie Jill. During her training, she was given the opportunity to work with many acclaimed artists such as Larry Keigwin, Tania Perez Salas, Autumn Eckman, Jose Soto, Grace Gallagher, Jaclyn Walsh, Rennie Harris, Max Pollak, Brenda Bufalino and Eddy Ocampo. In 2017, Sarah moved back home to start teaching at Diamond School of Dance for the recreational and pre-professional dance program, full time where many of her works became award winning routines. Sarah is passionate about sharing her love of dance with young artists by helping them understand the anatomy of the human body and what it is capable of.

In high school, she was highly involved in both dance and theater and choreographed for many of the local school’s showcases. She went on to study as a dance major at Shenandoah University and was even a member of their dance team. She has continued to share her love of dance with the local community, teaching everything from ballet to musical theater. Her goal is to help students see dance as a form of art and a way to express their own unique personalities and experiences.
